No third-party analytics or ad SDKs. Apple may collect aggregated diagnostics if you opt in at the OS level.

6) Security

We use platform security features, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, passcode, and backups.

7) Your Choices

Terms of Use

Effective date: Aug 19, 2025  •  Last updated: Aug 19, 2025

1) Acceptance of Terms

By tapping Agree & Continue, downloading, installing, or using VPD Tool (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) License & Ownership

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, its UI, graphics, calculations, and content are owned by us and our licensors.

3) Not Professional Advice

The App provides informational VPD calculations and visualizations. It is not agronomy, horticulture, safety, or engineering advice. Decisions about climate control, irrigation, or plant care are your responsibility.

4) Accuracy & Safety Disclaimers

VPD outputs are estimates based on formulas and assumptions (e.g., Tetens/Magnus, altitude-based pressure approximation). Results can be affected by sensor inaccuracies, rounding, environment, device performance, or user input errors. Do not rely on the App as a sole control system for environmental or safety-critical decisions.

5) User Responsibilities

6) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to bypass security, probe systems, build a competing product from the App, extract source code, or use the App unlawfully or in high-risk contexts.

7) No Warranties

AS IS / AS AVAILABLE. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, plants, equipment, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of US $50 or the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10) Third-Party Services & Apple

The App relies on Apple frameworks (e.g., iCloud backups, WidgetKit, SwiftData). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

11) Changes; Suspension

We may modify the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use indicates acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in [City, Jurisdiction] under the rules of [Arbitration Body], except that either party may seek injunctive relief or bring an individual claim in small-claims court if allowed. Class-action waivers apply where lawful. If arbitration is unenforceable, disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

13) Severability; Waiver; Assignment

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent.
